N.B. The treatment in formula Hotel includes: overnight and meals: diner at arrival and breakfast at departure; the daily meal is a first course,
the main board with vegetables, fruit and mineral water, other drinks are extra. The linen of the units will be given with the weekly change.
FAMILY PLAN: 2 adults + 2 children (3 - 12 years) = 3 adults for all the periods.
LONG HOLYDAY: for a staying of three weeks discount of 10% in the periods A and B, discount of 5% in the periods C and D.
N.B. : The discounts can not be accumulated. The week of 07/08 from 14/08 has to be matched with the week before or the week after. |

The units are equipped with crockery.
The bed - and bathroom - linen are for rent: respectively € 6,00 per person. At request we have
at disposal cradles and beds with a supplement of € 35,00.
Use of water, electricity and gas: € 20,00 per 2/3 beds; € 25,00 per 4/5 beds.
The lodgings with heat pump, supplement € 30,00.
The type Minibilo (2/4 beds) lodgings closer to the sea, supplement € 40,00.
Parking-place for car included.
Final cleaning included.
N.B. : the cleaning of the kitchenette has to be done by the client.
VILLAGE CLUB-CARD obligatory from 26/06 to 04/09 - € 25,00 per week per adults, € 20,00 per week for children from 3 to12 years
includes: beach-service (1 beach umbrella and 2 deck-chairs/sunbed per unit), sport animation, participation for collective sport courses,
swimming-pool service, mini-club plays for the children, discount for tennis-court and five-a-side.
Obligatory bail of € 80,00 to pay in loco and this will be returned at the end of the staying except if there is a balance of costs and
a payment for damages.
The RESERVATION are valid accompanied with a bail of 30% of the total amount, the outstanding balance at arrival.
In case of renounce will be returned:
a) the entire amount cancelling 40 days before the arrival;
b) 50% of the amount cancelling between the 40° and 20°day before the arrival;
c) none reimbursement in the 20 days before arrival. |
